Real Ales and Spirits
We serve locally-brewed Cornish real ales, with permanent lines from Skinner's Brewery in Truro and rotating Cornish guests . Behind the bar is also a wide variety of local spirits, if that better suits your fancy.

Guinness
Your old-time favourites are naturally available. We have Guinness on draught and Guinness Zero in cans, as well as other staples.
For those looking to keep their alcohol intake low, there are both alcohol-free options and soft drinks.
Food
Our food offering consists of seasonal small plates and proper pub classics, built on local produce: seafood landed in Portloe's little harbour, meat from Roseland farms, and veg from the fields around us. Specials change with the tides and the seasons.
Our rooms are currently under renovation but will be available to book later in 2026.

Portloe is an ideal scenic place to stay for a few days (or longer). The Cornish coast is beautiful with various seaside walks, as well as nearby attractions like the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Caerhays Castle.
