How to Support Us
The Ship Inn is community-owned by the Portloe Community Benefit Society. While this means we don't have some of the same costs other pubs do, we also don't have the same financial safety net.
If you want to help the community keep The Ship Inn up and running, here are a couple ways you can do.
Sponsor A Barrel
You or your business can sponsor a barrel of beer for £100. When you do this, your (or your business's) name will then be proudly displayed on our Sponsor Board inside the pub, and you'll become part of something local, lasting and full of spirit.
What this does practically is help keep The Ship Inn running and affordable. More of our money can go to keep things sailing smoothly and we can keep our prices down.

Buy Our Merch
Since releasing our new logo, we have come out with a variety of shirts, hoodies and hats.
Buying these not only helps support us financially but also shows off how highly you think of The Ship Inn to people who might not know us.
